House M.D. one of the most popular television series in the world. During eight incredible seasons, the show received numerous awards and award nominations, including two Golden Globes, an Emmy and a Peabody Award.
1. The full name of the actor who played the most famous doctor in the world – James Hugh Calum Laurie. And although he has a perfect American accent, Hugh was born in Oxford, England.

12. The standard way to use a cane is to hold it on the opposite side of an injured leg. Dr. House, of course, knows this, but, consistent with his contrary nature, insists on keeping the cane on one side with his injured leg.
